One of my favourite snacks is a jam-packed smoothie. They're great for when you're busy or on the go and they're very easy to make too. This recipe is for 1 person, ingredients will need to be doubled if you are making for two or more.
Ingredients:
1 large handful of kale
1 handful of coriander
1 tablespoon of nut butter or tahini
½ cup water
½ cup almond milk
½ avocado,
Juice from ½ lemon
Method: Add all ingredients to a blender, blend until smooth and serve straight away.
