Her Health Hour Sessions
Some conversations happen best in a circle, not a search bar.
Across Autumn, I'll be hosting two evening sessions a month to connect with women and talk hormones — what they mean, how they show up in our daily lives, and the questions so many of us are quietly carrying but rarely say out loud.
Over the past few years, I've overheard countless conversations between women, quiet admissions of struggling with their cycle, their energy, their mood, their fertility — and the lingering question underneath it all, "what is going on with me?"
Here's the thing: there is so much we can do to help ourselves. There are valuable tools, tests, and simple shifts in understanding that can completely change how we relate to our own bodies. But most of us are never taught this, and when asked for support, we're made to feel ashamed, like our symptoms are meaningless.
I've never felt the need to connect with women more than I do now, to create real spaces where we can talk, ask the questions we've been sitting on, and feel genuinely heard. Despite having endless information at our fingertips, personal connection is easily lost in the noise. Her Health Hour is a space to bring it back — informal, honest, and grounded in personalised answers, not just Google searches at midnight.
This is for you if you are dealing with PMS, feeling like your hormones are all over the place, on your fertility journey, thinking about egg freezing, trying to navigate postpartum and menopause, or feeling like you're suddenly dealing with perimenopause and you're feeling lost.
How to book a spot?
Gather 10 friends — anyone with questions about their hormones or health, or who's been quietly struggling and wants some clarity and get in touch to confirm your spot.
Have a look at the dates below and get in touch with the one that works for you. Payment must be made by all attending to confirm your spot.
On payment, you can also share your questions with me. I'd encourage you to send your questions through ahead of time, so I can make sure every question gets a proper answer on the night, along with any resources that might help.
