This mini package is designed for those couples who are considering trying for a baby and are after expert advice on nutrition, lifestyle and supplements. It is a one-off consultation, that will help steer you in the right direction to optimise your fertility.

The package will include:

• 1 initial consultation (60 minutes)

• Analysis of a 5-day diet diary

• 1 preconception protocol

• Recipes and handouts*

• Supplement recommendations

• NHS testing recommendations*

*NHS testing recommendations will not include analysis of results. Functional testing will not be considered. Handouts and recipes are limited.

If you wish to upgrade your package, the cost of this package will be deducted from the cost.
