This is the perfect snack for those brain-busting days. These balls are packed with protein, good fats, and essential vitamins and minerals to keep the hormones happy, your mood happy, and your blood sugar levels in check.

I love apricots; they are a wonderful way to add sweetness to a recipe while also providing a nice serving of carotenoids, fibre, iron, and other vitamins like C and E—all those wonderful fertility-protective nutrients.


A nice and easy recipe that shouldn't take you more than 10 mins to whip up!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic oats

  • 1 tbsp of hemp protein (British Hemp Company)

  • 6 dried apricots (Duchy Organic)

  • 2 tbsp of maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 1 tbsp of collagen powder (Bare Biology)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp of almond butter (Meridian)

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract


Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz

  2. Shape the mixture into little balls and store them in the fridge for up to a week.
