I love apricots; they are a wonderful way to add sweetness to a recipe while also providing a nice serving of carotenoids, fibre, iron, and other vitamins like C and E—all those wonderful fertility-protective nutrients.
A nice and easy recipe that shouldn't take you more than 10 mins to whip up!
Ingredients:
1 cup of organic oats
1 tbsp of hemp protein (British Hemp Company)
6 dried apricots (Duchy Organic)
2 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tbsp of coconut oil
1 tbsp of collagen powder (Bare Biology)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp of almond butter (Meridian)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Method:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz
Shape the mixture into little balls and store them in the fridge for up to a week.
